Because our services are performed at your property and require time, labor and materials, we generally do not offer automatic refunds once a service has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review the issue and try to make it right.

• We did not complete the service you booked
• There is clear damage caused by our work
• We agree that the quality of the service did not meet reasonable expectations
